Obviously most of the problems were there but now it's as the problem was both Steam and C:S unable to read even local files. Strad, Cyterion, and REV0 really helped make the Workshop run smoothly this April Biffa has his top 10 picks, and Paradox is doing our part to reward the top three amazing creators with 25 gift cards. I didn't have that much of a problem until 19/01 this year when i finished my previous asset and uploaded it. Asking them to fix a problem is pointless now. Steam is obviously blaming anyone, assets creators, throwing ridiculuous claim these the workshop link must be broken. So I couldn't use -noWorkshop mode at all.
